Georgian Lakeside Resort

À wonderful motel with a beautiful view and outdoor pool. The Owners/staff are amazing people. Very polite, professional and kind. The rooms are well maintainwd and such wonderful little touches, like a stamped seal for the toilet paper.

The resort was kind of hard to find, but then it’s because it’s between these giant other resort signs, but otherwise very pleasant looking and more modern. The rooms were updated and clean. Like other reviews, the walls were a little bit thin, especially when people were walking by to get down to the stairs as we were on the upper rooms. Parking was fine. We parked in the garage, which was easy access to the stairs, which led us to our room. The food and the service is left to be desired. It’s definitely tasty but nothing special and sometimes the staff reflected that. Otherwise, they were fine. I like that the room had a mini fridge and surfaces to put your things on in the room plenty of outlets as well. The pool area and cabana bar and kayaking was great. One note kayaking is charged to the room for $10 per person. The resort was walkable and I would definitely like to come back here as it was an easy place to come and go from. If I needed anything, I could text a number in the front desk wouldn’t answer my questions. They also had check-in and gave us a sheet with a map as well as FAQs, which was awesome. It was good to know that you could get room service, but we didn’t utilize it as we wanted to check everything out in person. There are plenty of seats in this resort you can sit anywhere there’s a chair or a couch to sit on. You could always feel comfortable that’s for sure!

Absolutely loved our lakefront room at the Georgian- so clean, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. Our patio was amazing and the view superb. Best place I have ever stayed in at Lake George. I am very fussy so I am hard to please. My only wish was for more room in the bathroom for toiletries and a towel rack for the hand towel. Additional shelves would work! The whole resort was so clean and everyone, especially the Cabana Bar bartender and office staff, was so friendly and professional. Loved happy hour! Already planning next year's stay!!

Family of four. We had an amazing time here. We enjoyed the pool and the private beach. We had a pool side room that was good but can see the imperfections if you looked too long. But the room was clean along with the surrounding areas. The staff were helpful at all times. The bar was great and happy hour was nice. The only negative about the trip is that when I was ordering food, I don't think I’ve ever seen a grilled cheese priced over 10 dollars which was mind boggling to me. Grilled cheese price was almost the same as a calamari appetizer from down the street. my kids are bougey and went with the calamari option thank god. But you gonna pay if you don’t want to go elsewhere. The walks were convenient to the strip. About a 5 minute walk. But other than the grilled cheese we had a great time and definitely would stay again. Thanks

First time visiting Lake George. The Georgian Lakeside Resort was nicely situated — right on the lake with great views, and very walkable to anywhere we were going in the village. Our room was renovated during the past few years - spacious, clean, and very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed a 3-night stay at the Georgian Lakeside Resort. Clean room, great lakeside setting, and the cabana bar was a highlight. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was underwhelming, and our King Suite (#219) had a bright security light outside that drew bugs and spoiled the evening atmosphere. Overall a good stay—we’d return, just not to that room.

if I could rate 4.7 I would because this place deserves more then a 4. The location is unbeatable, the staff are genuinely some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to deal with, the room was the only thing slightly off. The important things like the bed, toilet, and shower were perfectly clean. The floors could use a better cleaning and the lamps were alittle rusted and dirty, but I am a total clean freak and even so the room did just what it needed, on a huge plus, the bed was truly the most comfortable bed I've slept on at any hotel. Also for any of my white noise folks, the ac/heat unit does have a constant fan mode so the fan can run all night which is a big thing for me to help me sleep. All and all I would happily return, at the very least having a clean bed and getting to just walk straight out the door and into the village, at as good a price as we got, is definitely unbeatable

The resort is nice and was clean. The layout was a little confusing. Get the map online. The breakfast quiche was not available on my visit. Beach was beautiful to sit at both at night and morning. There was a bar and several fire sits around the pool area. Planning on going for Americade.
